Dear Clock watcher;

This is Quicktime movie of bioluminescence circadian rhythm of
cyanobacteria that carry a luciferase reporter of the circadian clock.

Each chractor was drawn by cyanobacteria strain on agar plate.
Bioluminescence from the agar plate that hold 8 strains was
monitored by cooled-CCD camera and displayed. Number in movie
represent time in continuous light. Bioluminescence intensity was
displayed in pseudocolor (Weak <-- black--blue--green--yellow--red-
-white -> Strong)

Chractor	Strain			Period
W		wild-type			24 h
L		long period mutant 	27 h
S		short period mutant	22 h
A		arhythmic mutant	---
VS short period mutant	20 h
SA very short period 16 h
VL very long period mutant	40 h
A3		very long period mutant	60 h

First, watch that W charactor oscillate in 24 h periodicity then
compare to mutants.

Fluctuation of charactor is due to error in positioning, so do not care.
