Opening an environment file opens the Environment Dialogue Box to display its contents to allow editing. This will look like this

Change the number of cycles to five. Leave the cycle as LD 12:12, save the file under the same name, overwriting when prompted, and click "Close".
Now we are familiar with the essentials of simulation, lets run one by clicking the Experiments->Time Series->Simple menu item.
